Overview
The house is a single storey Mediterranean style house with many architectural features. Constructed in 2009, the house was uniquely designed and built of concrete walls with 56 outside corners. The large hurricane windows provide natural light and enhance the ocean and golf course views. There is a 20,000 gallon inground cistern to provide rainwater and full house standby generator. The imported Bermuda roof was constructed to withstand hurricanes making the house self sufficient in storms.
All bedrooms have walk in custom closets, ensuites with showers, private outside patios, French doors, recessed tray ceilings and indirect lighting.
The floors are 6 inch oak planks, or natural stone. Granite in kitchens, bathrooms and laundry room. There is extensive mahogany millwork, arches, large crown moldings and architectural accents throughout.
The house is fully wired with Cat 5 internet cable to provide full house interconnectivity. The main rooms are wired and equipped with speakers and a sonos system to provide music throughout as well as outside by the pool.

Entrance
The grand entrance features a 16 foot high covered area with chandeliers and architectural details on the walls. The large Mahogany doors are inlaid with custom stain glass pattern. Upon entering the foyer, there are mahogany millwork pillars and details left and right with a large chandelier above.
Great Room
Straight ahead from the entrance is the Great Room with large floor to ceiling windows in a semi arch configuration showcasing the views of the pool, golf course and ocean. The high coffered ceilings have recessed pot lights to create a warm atmosphere.
The room is anchored by a floor to ceiling custom designed stone fireplace. There is a sitting area in front of the fireplace and a dining area for up to 12 people. There are 2 sets of French doors leading out to the pool area.
Kitchen/Family Room
The kitchen and family room form a central location for people to gather and socialize. The cabinets are custom made wood with many architectural details. There are 3 sub-zero fridges, Viking range, Miele dishwasher, ice maker, microwave all built in. The large center island has ample seating and offers fantastic views of the ocean, golf course and pool from the large windows. The open concept design flows from the kitchen to the family room bringing both rooms together giving an inviting and inclusive feel. The 12 foot high coffered ceilings and overall design give the room elegance and warmth. There is a circular 6 – 8 seat breakfast table in an octagon shaped recess.
The floors are dark oak 6” planks in the family room and natural stone in the kitchen. Large crown moldings throughout.
Master Suite
The master suite sits at one end of the house with the guest rooms at the other end to provide separation and privacy for both. The 1,000 square foot ++ master suite has a large bedroom with sitting area and 2 sets of French doors leading out to the pool area. Views of the ocean, golf course and pool are front and center through the large arched windows. The ceiling is recessed with a tray ledge that includes indirect lighting and pot lights capable of creating a number of lighting configurations.
Off the bedroom is a hallway leading to the 2 walk in closets with custom cabinetry. Beyond the closets is the master bathroom with his and her vanities, separate toilet area and double wide shower area with his and her shower heads. The center of the bathroom boasts a large jacuzzi tub with chandelier and high glass turret feature. The shower area is large enough to not require a door. There are rain shower heads and hand held shower heads with a sitting area. Off the indoor shower area is a door leading outside to a private outdoor shower with rain shower head.
Gym
Off the Master bedroom is a well lit gym complete with cork floor and numerous machines and free weights to allow for any type of work out. There are sonos speakers and TV to provide entertainment. Large windows arranged in an octagon shape provide lots of light and views of the manicured gardens. There is a sub-zero fridge and built in cabinetry and sink.
Guest Bedrooms
At the opposite end of the house from the Master Suite are the 3 guest bedrooms. Each bedroom is unique in its design. All bedrooms have custom walk in closets with designed cabinetry. Each bedroom as an ensuite bathroom complete with rain shower, vanity and Italian stone tiles. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third has a queen, but there is ample room for a king. All the ceilings are recessed with trays that host indirect lighting, pot lights and designer ceiling fan. The floors are Italian stone tile with crown molding throughout. Each bedroom has French doors leading out to a dedicated patio with views and gardens making the outside seem to flow and be part of each bedroom.
Theater
There is a large theater with a 12 foot screen, projector, seating for 8 and dedicated electronics room. The high recessed tray ceilings allow for indirect lighting, pot lights and designer fan. There is 7.1 surround sound with noise cancelling features to create a true theater like experience.
Office
Off the main hallway is an office with built in book shelves and cabinetry. It hosts a pull out couch and sitting area. The large windows bring in ample light and views. There is a recessed tray ceiling with indirect lighting, pots lights and fan. There is a large walking closet with built in custom cabinetry. The dark wood cabinets and dark oak floor give the office a majestic feel.
The office has a dedicated full bathroom that allows the office to be easily transformed into a 5th bedroom should it be needed.
Wine Cellar
Off the main hallway is a dedicated walk in wine cellar capable of holding over 1,000 bottles. It boasts custom door, with custom glass feature, redwood millwork with architectural details and its own dedicated cooling system.
Pool
There is a 20 X 40 inground gunite pool with tile architectural details. The pool is all one depth of 42 inches making it versatile for swimming laps, volleyball, or general activities.
Adjacent to the pool is an inground 7 person hot tub with views over the golf course and ocean.
At the end of the pool is a Cabana and bar area with built in kitchen cabinets, dedicated pool bathroom and mechanical room. The pergola over the covered bar area provides shade. The bar is made of concrete with granite counter tops, and stone facing.
Landscaping
The property consisting of approximately 1.25 acres, including easements, was landscaped by a professional landscape architect. The property has an extensive built in irrigation system and landscape lighting controlled by automatic timers.
