Four Seasons House is in a gated community next to the Four Seasons Resort on Paradise Island in Nassau, Bahamas. Ownership of the house includes access to the amenities offered by the Four Season Resort for the owner, their family and guests. The Four Seasons Resort boasts several world class restaurants, including Dune, a Jean George Restaurant. The resort has 3 pools, spa, tennis and expansive frontage on the world famous Cabbage Beach with all the Four Seasons custom service. The resort also has extensive gardens including The Cloisters, gardens with stone accents and structures imported from Europe in the 1960’s. In addition to the Four Seasons Resort, owners of the Four Seasons House will have the option of membership in the Ocean Club Golf course, rated in the top 100 Golf Courses in the Caribbean by Golf Magazine.

Owners of the Four Seasons House also have access to a private community Beach Club on Cabbage Beach. The Beach Club has an infinity pool, restaurant and stairs to the beach. Service is extended to both the pool and beach area.

Owners also have access to the exclusive tennis courts (har-tru) and children’s play ground.

Owners and their family/friends also have membership in the Ocean Club Social Membership which provides full access to the amenities at the Atlantis Resort and Casino located half a mile down the road.
